At Stumptown Coffee Roasters, we want you to love your brew, but because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on roasted beans. If you are unsatisfied with your equipment or merchandise, you may return it within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Contact Support

  Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare Your Package

  Ensure your merchandise or equipment is unused and in its original packaging before securely boxing it for shipment.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
